It seems like most people have largely forgotten what happened that day and the impact it has had on all of us.  There are teenage children out there that don't really know what exactly happened that day.  Its never been discussed in any detail at school.  There are many reasons for this I'm sure, but I think its tragic.  Parents, please take some time and tell your children what took place that day, how many lives were lost, how much property was destroyed, how much money was lost.  Maybe in the process of talking to them, you yourselves will remember just how terrible it was.  9-11 should be a national holiday.
