Cast aluminum, stationary, slip on cap style flagpole pulley system. Slips onto the top of the pole and is secured with 3 set screws. Comes standard with a nylon pulley. Can upgrade to an aluminum pulley for $5 more. The 4" model is standard with an aluminum pulley. Accepts 5/16" or 1/4" halyard not included. Accepts industry standard 1/2" threaded pole topper not included. Choose the right size based on the top diameter of your flagpole.
