External halyard, ground set tapered aluminum flagpole. Spindle mounted, revolving single sheave truck. This is a heavier truck than the cap style truck found on some less expensive poles. It screws into the pole rather than sliding over the top. An aluminum flash collar is included. Comes with a PVC ground sleeve. All poles come with a gold ball, halyard, and 2 brass or zinc clips.
